Traditionally, Cohasset Punch has been served chilled with ice and strained over a peach slice in a cocktail glass—but you can also serve it with your favorite mixer or as an ingredient in more complex cocktails. Cohasset Royale

  • 1½ oz Cohasset Punch

  • Champagne, Prosecco, or other Sparkling White Wine

Add Cohasset Punch to a chilled champagne coupe or flute glass and top with chilled sparkling wine.

Cohasset Zombie

  • 2 oz Cohasset Punch

  • ¾ oz Pot-Still Rum (e.g. Smith & Cross)

  • ¾ oz Falernum

  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • ½ tsp Absinthe

  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake well with ice, and strain into a tall glass filled with pebble or crushed ice. Add a straw and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
